Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your package. Here are our standard delivery timeframes:
UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days. Free for orders over £50.
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days.
International Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days. Free for orders over $255 USD.
International Express Delivery: 3–5 business days.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the order.
